The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow, siding with the capital’s Department of Health, refused to satisfy the class action lawsuit of four local residents with “spinal muscular atrophy” (SMA), who demanded to provide them with risdiplam, a life-saving medicine. This was reported by Takiye Dela with reference to one of the plaintiffs, Maxim Minaev. The drug was prescribed to everyone by the federal medical commission of the Scientific Center for Neurology, Minaev said.
