It's not about single acts of a breakdown of relations, such as the cases of Gergiev, Sokhiev, the Dutch Hermitage and others. The humanitarian ties of Russia with the outside world provided far from (only) a number of outstanding personalities/institutions. The main blow, of course, will have to be on them, but as a result, thousands of so -called “small” connections will suffer.
