Oleg Sokolov, who was convicted of the murder of graduate students of St. Petersburg State University Anastasia Eshchenko in 2019, achieves permission from the Ministry of Defense and the FSIN to go to the front to Ukraine, said lawyer Alexander POURIEV. According to Pod, Sokolov repeatedly submitted an application for “participation in his”, but received a refusal of the commission because of his age: he was 68 years old. Sokolov is discriminatory such an approach, the lawyer claims.
