Russians were prohibited from exporting cash rubles worth more than $100,000 and gold bars weighing more than 100 grams to the EAEU
Putin signed (http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/document/0001202603250043) a decree that, from April 1, prohibits citizens from exporting cash rubles from Russia to the EEA countries in an amount exceeding the equivalent of $100,000 at the Central Bank exchange rate on the date of export. At the Central Bank exchange rate as of March 26, this is about 8 million rubles. In addition to Russia, the EAEU includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
