One of the most influential United Russia members in the State Duma, Sergei Neverov, withdrew from the elections for the sake of a 29-year-old member of the SVO
The former secretary of the General Council of United Russia, Sergei Neverov, withdrew his candidacy from the primaries, calling instead to vote in the State Duma elections for Artem Kornyuchenkov, a participant in military operations in Ukraine.
