The financier of Thousand Hills Radio, which incited the genocide in Rwanda, died in The Hague. He outlived the victims of his propaganda by 32 years
Felicien Kabuga, accused of crimes against humanity for his role in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, has died. This was reported by the Hague Tribunal, which began to consider his case, but ultimately found the Rwandan incapable of answering for his actions due to senile dementia. At the time of his death, he was either 93 years old (as the prosecution claims), or 95, according to his lawyers, who eventually waited until he was released from liability. Felicien Kabuga.
