Governor Igor Artamonov asked Lipetsk residents to “respect” the volunteers helping to regulate queues at gas stations, where, as of today in July, a regime for selling gasoline “by numbers” has been introduced. “They are there to help. We are all in the same situation,” Artamonov asked . “Today is July 11th, an odd date on the calendar. Accordingly, owners of cars whose first digit of the license plate is odd: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 can buy gasoline.
