Fountain: How it was
The metro pushed into the surface more and more portions of citizens. There were many of them, they were different, but for some reason, in this pen of Pushkinskaya Square, something was immediately unkind. For some reason, I remembered pure ponds. Yes, do not ask me the favorite question of Varlamov, how many people were. There could be more, I think. Did everyone give up their hands so quickly? In vain.

My March 5th
The crowd grew, Limonov’s men came up, grabbed someone and dragged them into a paddy wagon (perhaps Limonov himself?) - in general, things became more lively. The cops began to proclaim something like “citizens are pedestrians, do not disturb pedestrians,” then the cosmonauts began to push away pedestrian citizens, as is usually done on Triumfalnaya, insistently suggesting that they go to the metro.

Mine March 5
On March 5, at 6 hours I went to Lubyanka - see the situation. The Solovetsky stone is fenced by barriers and chains of cops, in each back nook on a platoon of cops, a column of military trucks with cops on the old square, but the small Cherkasy (the path to CIC) is not completely blocked, oddly enough. An hour later, I again approached the “object” already in the company of eight people, including them: Gennady Stroganov, Alexei Nikitin, Tatyana Sttsur, Nadezhda Nizovkin and Vera Lavreshina.

St. Petersburg: After Gandhi, talk to Nevsky
This text is an attempt, avoiding emotional assessments as far as possible, to describe the practice of the authorities in St. Petersburg regarding the so-called "unauthorized rallies". This practice looks like this: At first, the city authorities refuse to approve the applicants of public protest actions to hold them in the declared place under far-fetched and often simply mocking pretexts.
