With respect to all the detainees taken to the Meshchanskoye police station, identical protocols were drawn up, from which it follows that each picketer held about ten banners and at the same time blocked the way for passers-by.

The civil activist, who is in the Meshchanskoye police department, has traditionally refused to introduce herself to the police, and can be sent to a psychiatric hospital.

They are charged with organizing a mass picket, although, according to the picketers themselves and witnesses to the detentions, they did not violate the procedure for holding single pickets.
