Pozdnyakov had just been taken away from the Tverskoye police department for a medical examination - the level of alcohol in the blood and the removal of beatings. At the same time, they refused to take the defender Elizaveta Prikhodina with them. According to Prikhodina, police officers tried to deceive her, claiming that Pozdnyakov had refused a lawyer. However, Pozdnyakov confirmed the demand to provide him with a defense lawyer in the presence of police officers and Prikhodina.

At the same time, activists standing outside the Tverskoye police department said that a policeman had just come out to them and said that he had seen how “police officer Ovchinnikov, trying to mitigate the damage as much as possible, hit Pozdnyakov in the face.” At the same time, he did not see how Pozdnyakov beat the police officer.

According to the latest information, Nilin, Yudin and Pozdnyakov, who tried to leave the Tverskoye police department, are put in cells for administrative detainees. Defender Elizaveta Prikhodina asks everyone to call the duty unit of the Tverskoye police department.

They issued proctoles under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Meanwhile, Elizaveta Prikhodina and Konstantin Jankauskus managed to get inside the police department after a small violent conflict between police officers and activists standing outside.

Defender Elizaveta Prikhodina and deputy Konstantin Yankauskas are still not allowed into the police department, standing near the police station are trying to open the door by force. According to Stanislav Pozdnyakov, a ward of Prikhodina, they want to draw up a criminal article on him after beating (himself), but refuses to make contact with police officers until a defense lawyer is allowed to see him.

At the same time, the policemen threaten to forcibly make fingerprinting, which they do not have the right to do to detainees for an administrative violation.
