Bakirov and Faleeva were released from the Kitai Gorod police department after drawing up a protocol under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (up to 30,000 rubles fine). Earlier, they were detained at the presidential administration, where they were going to hand over gifts for Vladimir Putin. Earlier, Nikolai Kuznetsov and Elvira Ganieva were released from the police department without drawing up protocols, Alexander Shcherbakov remains in the police department.

Earlier, 5 people were detained at the presidential administration and taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station. The detainees wanted to send gifts to Vladimir Putin through the administration.

Today, activists gathered at the entrance to the presidential administration, who planned to give gifts to Putin.
