During the search of Yudin, electronic media, telephones, as well as a number of banners from earlier opposition rallies were seized. Denis Yudin was charged under article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“hooliganism”).

The protocol is currently being processed. Yudin is not arrested.

At the moment, a search is underway at Yudin's apartment.

Yudin, who was detained after the March against political repressions on October 27 and later received a term of 15 days, left special detention center No. 1 today. During the release procedure, he was informed that his fingerprints (taken from him during his arrest ) were found on the banner "Death to the usurper Putin!" (or in the attic of the house on Sadovaya Kudrinskaya, where this banner was posted).
