Sergei Mokhnatkin was brought back to the Zamoskvorechye police department, from where he was taken by ambulance. Maria Ryabikova was released from the police department on charges of violating Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Thus, the following remain in the police department: Dmitry Ionov, Ildar Dadin, Pavel Kuznetsov, Vladimir Malyshev, Sergey Mokhnatkin.

Elena Malko was released from the Zamoskvorechye police department, a protocol was drawn up against her on violation of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. According to Malko, the police are also releasing Maria Ryabikova due to the lack of free cells in the police department. Thus, Dmitry Ionov, Ildar Dadin, Pavel Kuznetsov, Vladimir Malyshev stay at the police station for the night.

Olga Mazurova was also released shortly after her arrest without charge.

They refuse to release the detainees from the Zamoskvorechye OVD, despite the fact that more than three hours have passed since they were brought to the OVD, and the case files have not been presented.

Today, the Murmansk Regional Court considered complaints against a measure of punishment for freelance photographer Denis Sinyakov, Greenpeace Russia's press secretary Andrey Allahverdov, and the ship's doctor on the Arctic Sunrise. The court upheld the decisions of the lower court.

Thus, seven people from the support group were detained at the police station.

A paddy wagon with nine detainees at the Zamoskvoretsky court was not accepted by the Tagansky police department, according to the detainees, now they are going to be taken to the Zamoskvorechye police department.

Judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court Lyudmila Moskalenko found Mikhail Kosenko guilty under Part 2 of Art. 212 (“participation in riots) and Part 2 of Art. 318 (“use of violence against a representative of authority”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sent him for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital.

Detentions are ongoing, eight people have already been detained: Konstantin Rusakov, Alexei Baikov, Alexander Bryakov, Daniil Aranson, Gleb Napreenko (RSD), Alexei Vinogradov (Yabloko party), Andrey Dukhonin, Nadezhda Mityushkina. According to eyewitnesses, a banner was stretched in the crowd, the police approached the places where the banner was stretched and detained random people from the crowd. Arrests began at the Zamoskvoretsky District Court in Moscow. As an eyewitness told OVD-Info, “everyone was standing and shouting “freedom!”, suddenly two people were randomly pulled out of the crowd and detained.”

Mikhail Kosenko was found on October 8, guilty of participating in the riots and attacking a police officer and sent for compulsory treatment.
