He is charged with commercial bribery (Article 204 of the Criminal Code), false denunciation (Article 306) and insulting a government official (Article 319), all episodes combined into one case. The prosecutor asked that Reznik be sentenced to three years in prison.

As Elena Morozova told OVD-Info, Pavel Shekhman, Daniil Kogtev and Vera Lavreshina are staying overnight at the Presnensky police department, tomorrow they will be tried. The police accuse the activists of violating Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

The police took explanations from Andrey Novichkov, Alexander Eisman and Elena Morozova. Novichkov, already at large, said that Morozova and Eisman remained in the police department to watch the video recording with the operatives. Nothing is known about the fate of the three Pavel Shekhtman, Daniil Kogtev and Vera Lavreshina. According to Novichkov, their phones were confiscated.

As Pavel Shekhtman told OVD-Info, he, Daniil Kogtev and Vera Lavreshina were separated from the rest of the detainees, put in pre-trial detention cells and threatened to file a violation of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers”, up to 15 days of administrative arrest).

Civil activists Pavel Shekhtman, Alexander Eisman, Vera Lavreshina, Daniil Koptev, Elena Morozova, as well as Grani.ru journalist Andrey Novichkov, were detained while trying to enter the construction site where the historical building is being demolished. All six were taken to the Presnensky police department.

The Investigative Committee has finished investigating the case of Left Front activists Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev, who are accused of organizing mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012. The case was referred to the Prosecutor General's Office for approval of the indictment and subsequent transfer to court for consideration on the merits, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Investigative Committee.
