An activist of the “Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus” has been charged with disobeying a lawful request of a police officer
All six environmental activists detained in Krasnodar late in the evening of February 3 were released without a protocol being drawn up. However, later it became known that one of them, Igor Kharchenko, an activist of the Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus and the Yabloko party, was charged with disobeying the lawful demand of a police officer. The trial will take place on February 5.

The date for consideration of Evgeniy Vitishko’s complaint to change his suspended sentence to a real one has been postponed to February 12
The consideration of the complaint of the Kuban ecologist Yevgeny Vitishko against the decision of the Tuapse City Court to replace his probation with a real one was postponed: earlier the meeting in the Krasnodar Regional Court was scheduled for February 22, that is, at the end of the Olympics, and now it has been postponed to February 12. Currently, Vitishko is under arrest, so he will not be able to attend the trial.

Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev's arrest term extended for six months
In the Moscow City Court, during a preliminary closed session in the case of Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev, both accused were extended their arrest for six months. Udaltsov is under house arrest, Razvozzhaev is in jail. They are accused of organizing mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, and of preparing to organize mass riots throughout the country.

Yevgeny Vitishko was arrested for 15 days
The Tuapse City Court sent Kuban environmental activist Yevgeny Vitishko under administrative arrest for 15 days for allegedly swearing at a bus stop. Thus, Vitishko will have to sit in custody for almost the entire Olympics, and three days after his expected release, a meeting of the Krasnodar Regional Court should take place on his complaint against the decision to replace his probation with a real one - Vitishko can be sent for three years to a colony-settlement.
