In the Presnensky police department, 11 out of 29 detainees were sent to the "monkey house" and the protocols are being rewritten. Perhaps they are going to leave them overnight and issue Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (arrest for up to 15 days). Among those who were sent to the bullpen is Evgeny Levkovich.

In Moscow, during anti-war actions, 285 people have been detained so far. 131 people were detained near the Ministry of Defense on Znamenka, 154 - on Manezhnaya Square.
