Albina Petrova, a disabled person, a liquidator of the Chernobol accident and the head of a Samara public organization helping Chernobyl survivors, was detained in Moscow near the presidential administration building on Ilyinka. The reason for the detention of a single protester was too large, according to the police, posters, which they called banners. The detainee was taken to the Kitai-Gorod police station.
