The court sentenced Nikolai Lyaskin to two days of arrest
The Zamoskvoretsky District Court sentenced Nikolai Lyaskin to two days of arrest. Lyaskin and Polina Belyakova were detained at the Zamoskvoretsky court earlier today and charged with disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Arrests at single pickets near the Zamoskvoretsky court

Konstantin Lebedev was involved in the same case with Sergei Udaltsov and Leonid Razvozzhaev and was accused of organizing mass riots that allegedly took place on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012, and preparing to organize mass riots throughout the country. Navalny was obliged to publish a refutation of information about the land plots of deputy Neverov
This decision was made by the Lublin court at the suit of the deputy from the "United Russia" Sergey Neverov.
