Viktor Chirikov, who transferred Darya Polyudova to the special detention center today, told OVD-Info that it turned out that she was admitted without two phones, which were confiscated from her by employees of the "E" center in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Western District of Krasnodar. But that's not all: the police officers of this Department of Internal Affairs, having taken a parcel with food and cigarettes from Chirikov yesterday, did not give it back to Polyudova.

According to Maria Katynskaya, he did not come to the investigator for questioning in the framework of the criminal case initiated today, in which Katynskaya and Mikhail Pulin are currently being held as witnesses. Activists are confident that the man who hitchhiked them, whose phone was found in Pulin's backpack, is an operational officer.

Reports were drawn up against Anastasia Mednikova, Aleksey Kodratyev and Alexander Kazakov under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, after which they were released from the Tverskoy police department.

In Polyudova’s absence, employees of the local center “E” visited the elderly owner of the apartment she was renting and intimidated her that she was sheltering an extremist, a fascist, a person capable of stealing the apartment. After her release, Polyudova will have to look for new housing.

On Manezhnaya Square, during a single picket, two picketers, replacing each other in turn, and two passers-by were detained. The detainees, including Mark Galperin, were taken to the Kitay-gorod police station.

Alexei Baranov and Alexander Atabaev (information about the detention of Karakovsky was not confirmed) were released from the Kalininsky police department of Novosibirsk without explaining the reasons for the detention. At the same time, they were handed subpoenas demanding to appear at the Investigative Committee tomorrow at 14:30, that is, an hour and a half before the march for the federalization of Siberia, which was not coordinated by the authorities.

Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism (CPE), together with police officers from the district department, attended the congress under the pretext of a complaint from citizens about fights at the congress. Having copied the passport data of the congress participants, they settled in the hall, and at the end of the congress they detained Aleksey Baranov, Alexander Atabaev and Stanislav Karakovsky.

Mikhail Pulin and Maria Katynskaya were fingerprinted. Similar prints on the allegedly stolen phone found at Pulin's, the examination did not find. According to the activists at the police station in the Maiminsky District Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Altai, both of them are now in the status of detainees, but a criminal case is to be initiated in the near future, in which both Pulin and, probably, Katynskaya will be suspects.

On August 15, near a small Moscow mosque on the 2nd milling street, about a hundred people were detained from Friday prayer. The detainees were disposed of at different police department. They were not charged, they simply took fingerprints, photographed and collected passport data. One of the detainees, who did not want to call himself, told the OVD-info details of the detention.
