All detainees left the Tverskoy police station
Two detainees at Manezhnaya, who remained in the Tverskaya police station, were released. The last one, according to Maria Ryabikova, left at about 0:20. At all, protocols were drawn up under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Four detainees left the Tverskoy police station, Denis Bakholdin left the Kitay-Gorod police station.
At the moment, Maria Ryabikova, Pavel Kuznetsov, Mikhail Udimov and Alexander Rozhnov are at large. All of them were issued protocols under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, although Kuznetsov, according to Ryabikova, did not even have time to stand in a single picket.

Those detained at Manezhnaya were taken to the Tverskoy police station
Maria Ryabikova, Pavel Kuznetsov, Alexander Bryakov, Mikhail Udimov and Alexander Rozhnov, who were detained at the monument to Zhukov, are currently in the Tverskoy police department. They draw up protocols. Alexander Zaporozhtsev, whose arm was twisted during the arrest, was taken away by an ambulance. The whereabouts of Denis Bakholdin is unknown. UPD: Denis Bakholdin was found in Kitay-gorod police department.

A ban on holding mass events after 22:00 is introduced
Putin signed amendments to the law "On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and picketing", according to which mass events cannot begin earlier than 7:00 and end later than 22:00 local time. An exception is made for public events dedicated to memorable dates in Russia, and public events of cultural content, reports Interfax . The amendments were adopted by the Duma on September 19 and by the Federation Council on October 1.

Six people were detained on Manezhnaya Square
Pavel Kuznetsov, Maria Ryabikova, Alexander Zaporozhtsev, Alexander Bryakov, Mikhail Udimov and Alexander Rozhnov were detained on Manezhnaya Square. As usual, on the sixth of every month, they gathered at the monument to Zhukov as a sign of support for those accused and convicted in the Bolotnaya case. According to Maria Ryabikova, she and one of the activists were detained during a single picket; one of the detainees was simply nearby. Currently everyone is in a paddy wagon.

Last week in the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk, a consideration of the case of the activist of the “Civil Movement of the Southern Urals” Konstantin Zharinov began.
