The Investigative Committee withdrew its own request for a psychiatric examination of the St. Petersburg artist Pyotr Pavlensky. Currently, Pavlensky is charged with vandalism committed by the group in connection with his "Freedom" action in support of Ukraine. Pavlensky is under house arrest, the investigation continues. Pavlensky had previously repeatedly undergone psychiatric examination, psychiatrists recognized him as healthy.

The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow, represented by Judge Elena Korobchenko, extended the period of house arrest for Alexei Navalny for three months, granting the prosecution's request. Currently, this court is considering a case against Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg on fraud to the detriment of the Yves Rocher Vostok company.

The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow, represented by judge Natalya Cheprasova, sentenced Dmitry Ishevsky, the last defendant in the Bolotnaya case, to three years and two months in prison. The trial began on October 9 and lasted only two days, including the verdict, as Ishevsky fully admitted his guilt.
