The Krasnodar court extended the arrest of Daria Polyudova for a month
On October 16, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar extended the detention of Daria Polyudova by one month at the request of the investigation. This was reported to OVD-Info by Viktor Chirikov, an activist of the Solidarity movement. According to him, the bailiffs did not allow people who came to support Polyudova to enter the courtroom or the courthouse. The activist's father managed to go to court only at the request of a lawyer.

Daniil Konstantinov released under amnesty
On October 16, the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow found the leader of the Moscow Defense League, Daniil Konstantinov, guilty of hooliganism and sentenced him to three years in prison. The court reclassified the charge against Konstantinov from murder to hooliganism
On October 16, the Chertanovsky Court of Moscow reclassified the case of the leader of the Moscow Defense League Daniil Konstantinov from the first part of Article 105 (murder) to the first part of Article 213 (hooliganism), the maximum penalty for which is five years in prison. An Interfax correspondent reported this from the courtroom. The Memorial Human Rights Center reports that Konstantinov was previously recognized as a political prisoner.
