As one of the detainees, teacher Daria Kirillova, told OVD-Info, administrative protocols are currently being drawn up for ten teachers and doctors who are in the Tverskaya police department.

According to OVD-Info journalist Alexander Zimbovsky, the detained bystander Alexei Volkov, who called an ambulance to Vitaly Paltsev, was released from the police station with a fine of 500 rubles for violating traffic rules (Article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The rest of the detainees are allegedly registered under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer).

Eleven people detained during a rally on Tverskaya Street demanding the return of "originals to social housing", including doctors, teachers, sympathizers and bystanders, were taken to the Tver police station.
