Ildar Dadin, accused of “repeated violations at rallies,” was sent under house arrest for two months. The issue of a preventive measure was considered on February 3 by the Zamoskvoretsky Court. The prosecutor's office applied for a ban on the use of the Internet and telephone. The investigation, in turn, demanded that Dadin be placed in custody in a pre-trial detention center.

Svetlana Davydova, a mother of many children from Vyazma, accused of treason, was released from the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center on her own recognizance.
