An ambulance called by members of the PMC took away the beaten detainee. Three detainees remain at the police station.

Mass arrests took place on Red Square around 2:30 p.m. As one of the detainees reported, she was walking with a friend along Red Square when a police officer approached them and, without explanation, asked them to proceed to the bus. The reasons for their detention have not yet been explained to them, although they have already been taken to the police department.

Anti-fascists were detained near the Holiday Inn on Moskovsky Prospekt, where the Russian International Conservative Forum opened, bringing together representatives of several foreign nationalist and patriotic parties. According to eyewitnesses, about 40 people came to the hotel and began shouting slogans against the forum, some of them had drums. A few minutes later the police began making arrests.
