The Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow decided to arrest civil activist Pavel Shekhtman in absentia. According to activists, the decision was made in the absence of a lawyer. Shekhtman is accused of inciting hatred and enmity in connection with a publication on social networks. In February, he was placed under house arrest, but was able to leave the country and end up in Ukraine.
