Denis Asyunkin, a trade union activist and coordinator of the “Left Front” on Vorkuta, is invited as a witness for investigative actions in the criminal case of bodily harm to a minor person. Asyunkin should appear by 16:00 for interrogation to the inquiry officer of the inquiry department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Vorkuta T. Alekseeva. According to ATD-Info Asyunkin, according to his information, this criminal case can be used against him.

The athletes were checked through police databases and subjected to fingerprinting. No protocols were drawn up. According to one of the detained nationalist Dmitry Demushkin, this was an event to combat extremism, which riot police carried out at the request of the FSB.

Demushkin and the rest of those detained at the knife fighting tournament he organized are now in the Zyablikovo police station, where they are trying to take fingerprints from them. Detainees refuse the fingerprinting procedure, but without this they are not released from the department. As Demushkin reported, an order came from the FSB to establish the identities of all detainees; no protocols were drawn up in the department.

A group of knife fighting competitors (there were representatives of 8 schools, including girls, 52 people in total) were detained on Shipilovskaya Street in the premises of the complex. Near the riot police, they put everyone on the floor, including the staff, in the “swallow” position, and kept it that way for some time. At the moment, the detainees are going to be transported to another place, but they haven’t said where exactly.
