Protocols were drawn up against Mark Galperin and Elena Zakharova, who were detained during the day on Manezhnaya Square, under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code (repeated violation at street protests, a fine of up to 300 rubles or arrest for up to 30 days). At the same time, Zakharova was released home, and Galperin was left in the police department until the trial.

The police, without explanation, detained Mark Galperin, who was standing at the monument to Zhukov with a poster "We are against corruption." To the question of Elena Zakharova, who stood up for him, the police answered that they were taking him home. Zakharova volunteered to escort Galperin, as a result of which both were detained at the moment and are in the Kitay-gorod police department.
