Artist Pyotr Pavlensky, who has been charged with vandalism in the wake of the FSB arson attack, is still in the Butyrka pre-trial detention center. This is reported by a member of the Public Monitoring Commission Elena Masyuk. Earlier, Pavlensky's lawyer Olga Chavdar assumed that her client was in a psychiatric hospital. On December 13, Chavdar confirmed to OVD-Info that Pavlensky was in Butyrka.

Sergei Lezov, Dmitry Eisner and Marina Leksina, detained at the failed March of Change, were released from the Presnensky police station at approximately 00:30. Thus, of all those detained on December 12 on Pushkinskaya Square, four people remain in the police department - Stanislav Belyansky, Grigory Semenov, Sergei Chinenov and Alexey Nikitin, all of them are in the Meshchansky police station.

Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism promise to visit Ildar Dadin, convicted for repeated violations of the procedure for holding public events. This was reported to OVD-Info by journalist Anastasia Zotova. According to her, employees of the Center "E" told her about it themselves, when those who had gathered on Pushkinskaya Square were leaving from there along the boulevards. The reasons for these possible visits are not known.
