The defense of the director of the Library of Ukrainian Literature, Natalia Sharina, who is accused of inciting national hatred and enmity, has appealed against the extension of her house arrest. It is reported by RAPSI with reference to Sharina's lawyer Ivan Pavlov. “We sent an appeal in which we ask the Moscow City Court to recognize the extension of the period of house arrest as illegal and cancel it,” Pavlov told the publication.
