Those detained at protests against construction in a park in Ramenki are free
Three residents of the Moscow district of Ramenki, who were detained on the afternoon of February 3 while trying to prevent construction equipment from entering the park, were released without drawing up reports of an administrative offense. They were required to appear when called to draw up protocols at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the closed joint-stock company.

Pyotr Pavlensky's arrest was extended until March 5
The Tagansky District Court of Moscow extended the arrest of the artist Pyotr Pavlensky, accused of vandalism (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code) for setting fire to the doors of the FSB building on Lubyanka. Judge Natalya Larina left Pavlensky in custody until March 5 inclusive. The actionist himself was not taken to a meeting to extend the arrest: Pavlensky is undergoing a forensic psychiatric examination at the Serbsky Scientific Center for Social and Psychiatric Expertise.

Four detained while trying to prevent development in Ramenki, two in hospital
Four people were detained at about 16:00 on February 3 in Ramenki during an attempt by local residents to prevent the passage of construction equipment that had arrived to build a road on the site of a park near house 39 on Michurinsky Avenue. Grigory Tolkachev, Irina Sentsova and two other residents were taken to the Ramenki police station. The grounds for the arrest were not reported at the time of writing.
