Roman Roslovtsev and Vasily Nedopekin, who were detained earlier during a walk in the center of Moscow, were released from the police department without drawing up protocols on an administrative offense. During the arrest, the police officers told them that they would take them to the police department to check their documents. Later, they were informed that they were detained for a preventive conversation, but in fact, such a conversation, according to the activists, was not held with them.
