The ECHR awarded compensation to Navalny and Ofitserov in the Kirovles case
On February 23, the European Court of Human Rights recognized the violation of the right to a fair trial of Alexei Navalny and Petr Ofitserov, convicted in the Kirovles case, and ordered Russia to pay compensation to each of them in the amount of 8,000 euros, as well as compensate 70,000 euros of legal costs. This is stated in the decision published on the website of the court.
