The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has extended the detention period for the artist Pyotr Pavlensky until April 5, according to eyewitnesses from the courtroom. Pavlensky was arrested in a case of vandalism, initiated in the wake of the “Threat” action, in which the artist set fire to the door of the FSB building on Lubyanka. Shortly before the trial, Pavlensky was returned to the Butyrka SIZO from the Serbsky Forensic Psychiatry Center, where a psychiatric examination was carried out.

Roskomnadzor has blocked a page on the VKontakte social network dedicated to the March against state terror in St. Petersburg scheduled for February 28. The initiative was supported by 238 deputies, 199 opposed, three abstained. The meeting was broadcast on the Duma's official website. The factions of A Just Russia and the Liberal Democratic Party opposed the project.

The organizers of events in memory of Boris Nemtsov in Novosibirsk tried to challenge in court the refusal of the mayor's office to agree on a rally in the city center.
