Activist fined for Putin mask under article of petty hooliganism
Activist Roman Roslovtsev, who was detained in the Alexander Garden for wearing a Putin mask, was charged with petty hooliganism. According to the police, it was expressed in the fact that he, wearing a Putin mask, waved his arms, spoke loudly and interfered with the passage of citizens. According to Roslovtsev, when he was detained, he was sitting on a bench and talking to people. Roslovtsev was given a receipt for payment of a fine of 500 rubles.
