Leaders of the Public Monitoring Committee were detained in the northern capital
In IK-6 in St. Petersburg, Deputy Chairman of the St. Petersburg Public Monitoring Commission (POC) Leonid Agafonov and its executive secretary Boris Panteleev were detained. In the afternoon, members of the PMC went to general regime IK-6 because of a suicide attempt by a prisoner who had jumped out of a fourth-floor window. When meeting with the prisoners, one of them handed over to the PMC members a letter containing complaints about the actions of the colony administration.
