The court proposed to divide the “February 26 Case”
In the Supreme Court of Crimea, at a meeting on the "Case of February 26" about clashes in Simferopol in 2014, the court proposed to divide the case into two, said Nariman Dzhelal, First Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people. Separately, it is planned to consider the case against Akhtem Chiygoz (deputy chairman of the Mejlis), who is charged with organizing mass riots, and separately against the other five defendants, who are charged with participating in mass riots.
