The architect, accused of “breaking the shoulder strap,” was released on his own recognizance
Hello! We continue to raise money for the work of the monitoring group. Thanks to everyone who has already supported us. You can help OVD-Info here. The important news of the past week was the release from custody of St. Petersburg architect Sergei Akhmetov, who is accused of snatching a policeman’s shoulder strap at a gathering in support of Alexei Navalny and Pyotr Ofitserov on July 18, 2013, where, apparently, he was not present.
