Defense lawyer was not allowed to see the person involved in the Bolotnaya case
On August 30, Sergei Sharov-Delaunay, the defender of Ivan Nepomnyashchikh, who was involved in the Bolotnaya case, said on his Facebook that he could not get into IK-1 to his client. Those detained in Moscow at the Solovetsky Stone were released from the police department
Three detained participants of solo pickets Vera Lavreshina, Svetlana Lavrova and Semyon Bersenev, at the Solovetsky stone, were released from the Kitay-Gorod police department. On August 30, the lawyer of the defendant in the case of the riots on Bolotnaya Square in May 2012, Maxim Panfilov, sent an appeal against the extension of his arrest to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow.
