Those detained on Manezhnaya Square left the police department
Badma Baltkaev and Alexander Ferenets , detained on Manezhnaya Square, left the Kitai-Gorod police station. Protocols were not drawn up for them, only explanations were taken. Badma Baltkaev was detained when he stood with a banner “No to political repressions”. Two activists detained on Manezhnaya Square

Participants in the Moscow hunger strike were fined for disobeying the police
On September 23, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow fined Larisa Drozdova and Nadezhda Sobolkova, two participants in the hunger strike of the Moscow Waiters, 500 rubles for disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers. Larisa Drozdova told OVD-Info about this Protocols under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses were issued after the detention on August 4 at the office of United Russia.

250 thousand for reading the Constitution

A huge fine of 250 thousand rubles was imposed by the court on Moscow activist Viktor Kapitonov for an action in which participants read the Constitution aloud near the State Duma building. A protocol was drawn up against Kapitonov for “repeated” violation of the procedure for holding public events, which explains such a large fine.
