Nemtsov memorial duty officer reports beating and detention
Activist Nadir Fatov, who was on duty at the memorial at the site of Boris Nemtsov's murder, reported that he was beaten during a scuffle with a member of the pro-Kremlin SERB movement, Aleksandr Petrunko, and a municipal deputy of the Zamoskvorechye district, Igor Brumel. Fatov was detained and taken to the police station. According to Fatov, his nose was broken and his face was smashed, but the police station officers refused to call an ambulance for him.
