Russian authorities refused to hand over Alexander Kolchenko to Ukraine
The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation refused to hand over Alexander Kolchenko, a Crimean convicted of terrorism, to serve his sentence in Ukraine. this Serhiy Petukhov, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine for European Integration, announced on his Facebook page.
