The European Court of Human Rights again demanded that Russia allow lawyers to see Ivan Nepomnyashchikh, convicted in the Bolotnaya case, and other prisoners of IK-1 of the Yaroslavl region who complained of beatings. This is a repeated request from Strasbourg. The court is also seeking an independent medical examination of those convicted.
