In Moscow, one of those detained at the “Immortal Regiment” action, Roman Osin, was released from the Begovoy police station without a protocol, and the second, Alexander Mironov, remains at the Tverskoy police station overnight. Human rights activists Alla Frolova and Eduard Rudyk reported this to OVD-Info. According to Alla Frolova, an administrative violation report was drawn up against Mironov, but the police did not specify the article.
