Two activists with posters in support of Yuri Dmitriev were detained in Moscow
In Moscow, near the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge, where the Boris Nemtsov memorial is located, activists Irina Epifanovskaya and Elena Kotenochkina were detained. This was reported by the duty officer of the Nemtsov Bridge, Grigory Simakov. OVD-InfoEpifanovskaya and Kotenochkina stood with posters in support of the head of the Karelian society “Memorial” Yuri Dmitriev, who is accused of three articles of the Criminal Code. Now the detainees are in the police department.

Three members of Open Russia were detained at an agreed picket in Kaliningrad
In Kaliningrad, at an agreed-upon picket against the presumption of the correctness of the actions of the police, members of the Open Russia movement Yakov Grigoriev, Petr Zuev and Konstantin Krein were detained. This was reported on the Open Russia website. As Grigoriev told the publication, police officers approached the activists when they unfurled the movement's flag and took them to a service bus. The flag was taken by the police.

The investigation into the case of the Yalta cell of Hizb ut-Tahrir has been completed
The investigation into the case of alleged members of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Yalta has been completed. This was reported on the Novaya Gazeta website. Now the case against Emir-Usein Kuku, Enver Bekirov, Vadim Siruk and Muslim Aliyev will be transferred to the prosecutor's office, and then to the court. They are accused of activities of a terrorist organization (the investigation considers Aliyev to be the head of the cell, the rest - ordinary members) and of preparing for a violent seizure of power.
