A report is drawn up against the coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Murmansk for distributing leaflets
On September 27, Violetta Grudina, the coordinator of the headquarters of politician Alexei Navalny in Murmansk, was handed a summons by the district police officer to draw up a protocol on violation of the rules for organizing a public event (part 2, article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The activist herself told OVD-Info about this over the phone. Three Navalny supporters were detained on September 23 in Murmansk, including Grudina, while handing out leaflets and balloons.
