The Supreme Court sent the case of amnestied Daniil Konstantinov for review
The Supreme Court has resumed proceedings in the case of nationalist Daniil Konstantinov. This became known from the lawyer of the International Human Rights Group Agora Dmitry Dinze, who represents the interests of the civil activist. The Chairman of the Supreme Court, Vyacheslav Lebedev, refers to the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, which on December 20, 2016 awarded Konstantinov compensation in the amount of 2,700 euros due to his long detention.
