Activist Clinton Baranov was detained in St. Petersburg and threatened with criminal charges
In St. Petersburg, at about 18 pm, at the exit from the entrance, traffic police officers detained activist Vladislav-Clinton Baranov. He was taken to Police Department No. 64 and, according to information from the "Detainees' Assistance Group in St. Petersburg", he is allegedly accused of "Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacture, processing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues" (Article 228 of the Criminal Code).
