On December 14, the Moscow City Court extended the detention period until March 16, 2018 for human rights activist Igor Nagavkin, who is accused of theft. According to the For Human Rights movement, the man was beaten before the meeting. After Nagavkin, together with the three defendants in the criminal case, was taken to court, they were taken one by one to the convoy premises. There the men were stripped naked, beaten and threatened with rape with a rubber truncheon.
