Those detained at the march in memory of Markelov and Baburova were fined 10 thousand
On January 26, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow fined four detainees at a march in memory of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova. From all four, the court ruled to recover ten thousand rubles each, defender Olga Rozhkova told OVD-Info. The reason for the detention of all the detainees was the same - scarves, which, according to the police, covered their faces, which is contrary to the law on rallies.
